We specialize in the development, project
planning and manufacture of system solutions and
components for industrial automation. In proven
cooperation with experienced companies from the
special plant construction AMS realizes complete
production lines, manufacturing cells and test
benches for a multitude of products, in particular
the automotive supply industry. Special areas of expertise are in the implementation of
sophisticated manufacturing processes and the
associated measurement and testing applications.
Testing technology and quality assurance
Current manufacturing environments with
increasing levels of automation and fast product
cycles require powerful quality assurance testing
technology. We offer you a wide range of system
solutions, from fully automatic end‐of‐line (EoL)
test cells in automatic production systems, to
manual test stations for small series, to test
benches for life tests and for laboratory
applications. The focus is on products from the
automotive sector, e.g. b. Switches, sensors,
actuator modules.
The modular structure in terms of hardware and
software with many configuration options and
interfaces (e.g. CAN, LIN, K‐Bus, FlexRay, …) allows
efficient adaptation to individual requirements.
Connection to MES system
An important aspect is the connection to higherlevel
manufacturing execution systems (MES) in
order to meet the requirements regarding
traceability and integrated production planning.
